Healdline: Hyde Park tower reaches for sky

The former police headquarters building, opposite Hyde Park, on Sydney’s College Street is to be converted into a residential apartmentment. Construction is to start in the new year and be completed by 2011. The development is a joint venture between AMP Capital Investors Select Property No 3 (SPP3) and Neil Werrett’s Galileo Group.
